– The international card payment transaction policy ensures compliance with the security standards of Payment Gateway Partners including:

• Customer's financial information will be protected throughout the transaction process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol

• Payment Information Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification provided by Trustwave. • One-time password (OTP) sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access. • 128-bit MD5 encryption standard. • Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam. – Hagoo.com.vn's payment transaction security policy applies to Customers: • Hagoo.com.vn provides a token storage utility – only storing the encrypted string provided by the Payment Gateway Partner to hagoo.com.vn. • Hagoo.com.vn does not directly store customer card information. The security of Customer payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Gateway Partner. • Customer payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on the hagoo.com.vn system. The Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure it. Hagoo.com.vn is committed to ensuring strict implementation of necessary security measures for all payment activities performed on the hagoo.com.vn e-commerce trading floor.

• Only use websites with secure payment certificates. • Never lend your card or account to others to make payments. • Check your bank account regularly to ensure all card transactions are under control.
