• A one-time password (OTP) is sent via SMS to ensure account access is authenticated.

• Hagoo.com.vn provides a token storage utility – it only stores the encrypted string provided by the Payment Gateway Partner to hagoo.com.vn.

• Hagoo.com.vn does not directly store customer card information. The security of customer payment card information is handled by our licensed Payment Gateway Partners.

• Customer payment card information that could be used to establish transactions is not stored on the hagoo.com.vn system. Payment Gateway Partners will store and secure it. Hagoo.com.vn is committed to strictly implementing necessary security measures for all payment activities conducted on the hagoo.com.vn e-commerce platform.
