1. Return Policy

Scope of application: This policy applies to exchanges within 15 days for products damaged due to shipping errors or manufacturing defects.

2. Conditions for exchanging goods

- Return/Exchange Period: Within 15 days from the date of receipt or purchase at the HAGOO store.

- The invoice is intact, and the product still has its original seal (paper tag, HAGOO woven label).

- The product has not been used, washed, or has any unusual odor.

- Exchanges are only allowed once, the exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase value, and are not applicable to sale items.

- Items already purchased cannot be returned.

- Record a video while unboxing the package.

3. How to exchange goods

4. Exchange fee

- Customers are responsible for paying the two-way shipping fee for exchanges if they wish to change the size or color of the item.

- In the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery caused by HAGOO, HAGOO will bear all shipping costs.
