1. Exchange policy

Scope of application: Exchange within 7 days for products damaged due to shipping errors or manufacturer errors.

2. Conditions for product exchange

- Time for exchange: Within 7 days from the date of request for exchange or return.

- Invoice is intact, product has intact stamp (paper tag, HAGOO woven label).

- Product has not been used, washed or has a strange smell.

- Only 1 exchange is allowed, exchange value must be equal to or higher than purchased value.

- Purchased goods are not accepted for return.

- Back to the video when opening the goods.

3. How to exchange goods

After being supported, customers please send goods according to the following information:

- Clearly state the name + order code + phone number + exchange content on the e-commerce platform.

- Exchange location at: No. 57, Lane 232 Tran Dien, Dinh Cong Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi

4. Exchange fee

- Customers please pay the 2-way shipping fee if they want to change size or color.

- In case of defective products or wrong delivery due to HAGOO, HAGOO will fully bear the shipping fee.
